1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all areas within Singapore, including homes and offices. Note: We do not deliver to military camps, offshore islands, or P.O. Boxes.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. For bulk or custom orders, we will contact you directly with the estimated processing time.

3. Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and the courier schedule. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 9 PM, excluding public holidays.

4. Delivery Fees

Standard Delivery:

  • Flat rate: SGD $4.50
  • FREE delivery on orders above SGD $150

Express Delivery (Optional):

  • Same-day or next-day delivery is available for SGD $10, subject to availability and cut-off timing.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking & Notifications

6. Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions. Re-delivery charges may apply.
